Is every piece really handmade?
Yes — every piece is knitted, knotted and finished by hand, and made exactly once. No two are alike, and that's exactly the point.
Can I order a custom piece?
Absolutely — custom orders are our favourite. Tell us your idea on the Custom Made page and we'll reply with a tailored proposal — materials, colours and details — along with a price and timeline.
How long until my order ships?
Every piece in the shop already exists — exactly once — so it ships to you within a few days. Custom designs are made just for you after we agree on the details, which takes a little longer; good things take time. Either way, we'll let you know as soon as your piece is on its way.
How do I care for my piece?
Gentle is best — spot-clean knits, hand-wash collars, keep jewellery dry. All the details are in our Care Guide.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I return or exchange my order?
If something isn't right, write to us and we'll sort it out together. Please note that personalized and custom-made pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
